Design Problem

In reference to the current system in dealing with spray applicators, an associated problem is in the processing and delivery of multiple solutions through a unilateral barrel and out of the spray nozzle head. Processing of multiple solutions is avoided due to the variations in viscosity that exists between different solution compounds. Due to the variation, solutions that are transported through a unilateral system by the process of a fluid pump, become clogged due to level of viscosity. However, the process of delivery the solutions through a three port manifold will ensure an equal separation and prevention of a clotting phase to the spray head. The process can be ensured an equal success during each spray cycle with the introduction of spraying isopropyl through the line to clean both the manifold and barrel of the spray head. In regards to the viscosity of the solutions that will be used, each solution follows the same viscosity level as water. Thereby preventing further backup in the individual lines and spray head.

In reference to size, applicator devices can be very bulbous and cumbersome to the user. Devices such as aerosol sprays or water delivery systems must be handled with both hands and may require two users to operate the device. Highlighting the use of the 3D printer, a schematic for the device can be designed and formatted to produce both a smaller size and
